Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of registration must be notified in writing to the IMSS2023 Congress Secretariat at imss@sakarya.edu.tr. Cancellations postmarked before and on 10 July 2025 will be refunded deducting administration costs of 30 €. After 10 July 2025, registration fees and dinner tickets are non-refundable. If, for reasons beyond the control of the organizers, the congress is cancelled, the registration fee will be refunded after deduction of expenses incurred by the conference.
